Excellent pub, good beer, good service, not bad for tables. Good for groups, can get busy so may end up standing. Real fires in winter, great to cosy up next to with a big glass of red wine.

The Boatman, Guildford
lovely pub, good choice of beers, excellent views of the river. Shame that the food is pretentious and over-priced. Also dont sit downstairs in the winter, can get very cold.
