Hello just comment regarding the fedback from jaquet
1, that was not said and you complained and you was offered a pint of something else
I which you was rude and I do not tolerate rude people
2, the beer in my pub has only ever had 1 complaint and that is yourself every drink sold in this pub is to the best quality and have doubled the trade from previous managers which speaks the truth in its self
I would say to come back and have a pint on my me but as your feedback was a personal attack then that wont be happening any time soon
