The Tigers Head, Chislehurst

Eight of us went to the Tigers Head on Sunday for Sunday lunch. It was part of my fathers 80th birthday celebration. We arrived at 11.45 for a 12.00 sit down but the pub was shut with people waiting outside for it to open! should have known then what the experience was going to be like. The table was two odd tables put together in a corner, the food, if you can call it that, was cold and tasteless, everyone these days can cook a roast dinner i am sure but not this place. spuds cold, meat tasteless and like it had been boiled vegetables just shown the boiling water then taken out. in all a total disater they should not be allowed to serve food or call themselves a restaurant. my desert had a long blonde hair in it which really did finish me off. and for all of this i had to pay the bill which was not cheap and leave a tip also. i am told the beer was good well well done for that, after all you are supposed to be a pub. What a let down for Chislehurst, which i always thought was quite a posh place to live and socialise, but not anymore. BEWARE ANYONE EATING HERE IT IS RUBBISH!
