The Rose and Olive Branch, Virginia Water

Found this pub in the "surrey pub walks" guide and went last week. It's a small country pub with a lot of character, we were also able to bring our dog in... the staff are laid back and friendly and had no problems with us parking our car and taking our walk. After a nice walk we sat down to a nice pint of IPA (only �2.50 very reasonable) I ordered a Steak Pie and my other half tried Venison with chocolate? don't worry though i tried it and it's not what you may think at first, very enjoyable indeed. Anyway would reccommend to anyone looking for a quite friendly place to have a nice meal, look out ofr my other Surrey postings
