pub ready for halloween, a lot of cobwebs everywhere.... is good they don`t need decoration for halloween. food is getting bad, service really bad, the lady who was serving at the till she was crying when it got busy, is like they don`t want any costumers. she said: i`m too stressed...:))))) definitely is not her type of job to enjoy...:)))
never back...

again me, some changes on the way at this pub, sorry to hear that, but i think that the managers were ``removed``. i think it was a really bad move, visited again the pub on mother`s day and even if the food was the same as always (that means AWSOME), the service was somehow different from the previous week. i think it was obvious that they don`t have a leader and someone to lead them.
was a new guy, was good, but.... somethink is missing.
hope they`re on holyday, but i don`t think. think it will get back where it was.
to bad, was getting better and better, you couldn`t find service like here nowhere around, especially when that landlady was working. since they came it was a big difference in term of food, service and welcoming atmosphere.
hope the company or them think twice... hope to see them back

visited the pub on 10/07, even though it wasen`t crowded (i don`t know why), the atmosphere was frendly, and welcoming..
since the manegement changed, there were a lot (and important) improvements... i`ve seen the reviews before, and there were saying that is not cosy for drinkers... that thing changed, they have 2 tall tables, and a very comfortable couch, with 2 armchairs, where you can relax, and just enjoy a glass of wine, or a pint of real ale..
service was great and the food was just beutiful, i had venison steak, whitch was cookeed to perfection, and my wife had gammon steak, ohhh, just beautiful....
i used to be a regular at the woolpack, down the road, but from now on, i fell sorry to say that, i will stop going there, and i thing i will be a regular at the New Queen..
