Henry's, Sheffield

This pub used to serve a really good pint of beer however on the evidence of my last 4 visits the beer quality has substantially deteriorated. Last night I took both my pints back as the beer was off, my replacement beer wasn't much better. At one stage I would of ranked Henry's as the best real ale pub in Sheffield City Centre for its range and quality. Still a very nice drinking establishment (friendly/comfortable etc) but please look after your beer!

The Eight Bells, Putney Bridge

Sadly I never had the opportunity to try this highly rated pub as the two bouncers and landlady refused my Dad and I entry giving no plausible reason other than it was booked out for an evening function later on that day. At the time customers were still being served by staff and the pub was about half full, while for the sake of two half pints, they could of easily accommodated us. I was left very disappointed with the customer service.
