Ye Olde Nags Head, Castleton
Stayed here a couple of days ago but will not be returning. After walking all day was looking forward to a long hot soak in the bath but no hot water! My wife had to boil kettles to wash hair in hand basin! When complained about this staff tended not to believe this and said 'there's plenty of hot water down here'. Next morning chef failed to turn up to cook the 'award winning breakfast' and lone member of staff acted as barman, receptionist, waiter and cook, not surprisingly doing none proficiently.
To sum up, appalling service, will not be returning to this establishment.
