The Mariners Inn, Nolton Haven

tried having a beer or at least a cup of tea there this week, were told at 14:30 pub had already closed (despite large posters proclaiming to be open during summer until 14:45). rather rude that.

The Grove Hotel, St Davids

we really enjoyed the hotel bar: friendly staff, good service. the beer on tap is brains plus guinness (extra cold). no crisps, but "nibbles" available until 21:00 --- we had the nachos and the olives, both were very good.
