The Crown Inn, Battersea

Kltsch, loud, quiet, never know one night to the next.BUT a great guy managing it, old style manager always there.Name Peter ?. Used to go there to eat as the food was excellent but the cook/chef has gone, great pity.Excellent for footie matches.

The Worlds End Distillery & Restaurant, Chelsea

It is 2007 so I do not expect too much for my �30.However,I do like to enjoy myself for it. If you are of the same opinion then steer well clear of this place.Good points Eddy, Robin and a mexican lad [bar]are helpful and decent.Never see the manager, never see anyone eatlng.Menu says it all.Pub is clean the loos are dreadful.I am rating this pub 1 for the bar staff otherwise it would be zero.

The Railway Hotel, Hampton

First heard of this hotel/pub from friends who raved about the accommodation. Went there for a drink one evening very friendly, very clean, wonderful ambience. Went back on the following Sunday for lunch. I am now raving about the place.The food is superb all fresh vegetables,meat cooked to perfection[I had the lamb]and roasties cooked in goose fat.Absolutely delicious.Unfortunately I live too far away to make it my local but I have been there at least a dozen times this year[2007].
