The landlord is uniquely obnoxious and unpleasant, that's why as per the earlier comment above, people mostly ignore him.

Just because he can strum a few chords and sing out of tune does not entitle him to behave like he's Mott the Hoople, whereby his delusional self adoration seems to permit his surly and objectionable behaviour.

Beer varies from what can be very good to poorly kept and sickly. The place is filthy and stinks not least because of the flatulent staffy allowed to wander everywhere.

Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs.
