Cotton Bale, Hyde
Immediately on entering the Cotton Bale customers become invisible to the staff. After waiting 5-10 minutes, AND being first in the queue, it is not unusual to be asked "Who's next?". Dreadful staff training!. Pub saved only by the excellent guest beers. Wetherspoons in Stockport and Manchester rate a 9.5 in comparison.
