had a meal here on the 5 may 2008 with my partner.had the set menu soup with roll, plate meat pie with chips & veg. have to say, met at the bar with a very nice woman. tried the cask ale found it to be exelent.the young chap ( about 30 ) took the order and was v. curtious. the soup was pieping hot and v. good.the mane course was excelent. nor me or my guest tried the sweet as we where full. so on the hole i would say that yes i would recomend this eatery. plessent place sett in a nice little place. to all the staff i say thank-you.
P.S. it would in my opinion be a good idea to have the staff wear name tags. steve & julie
