Rat and Parrot, Harrow

A while ago (before the refurbishment) I went into this pub with my boyfriend, it was around 6pm on a weekday and there was only one other couple in there.
I went to order some food and drink, paid by card and asked for �10 cash back. I took the drinks back to our table and realised that the bartender didnt give me my �10. So i went back, he wasn't there, i told another baretender what happened and she told me that she'd just get the money from the till and bring it to our table. about 10 minutes later the manager came and said he couldn't give me my �10 because the first bartender said he had already given it to me! He said they checked all their tills and they didn't have any extra cash so he must have given it to me. Well I know i'm not lying which makes the staff and the manager at this pub complete liars as they STOLE my money. I refused to go back in there for about a year and when i was persuaded it was as crap as it was before anyway. So unless you want to get your money stolen off you DON'T GO TO THIS PUB!
