The Britannia, Monument
We�ve been to this place 3 times in the past year. Food takes ages to be served (I waited 45 minutes for a burger), and the staff has been incredibly rude every single time.
Working nearby, and the bar being open late even if that�s the only good thing about it, we thought we could get over a bad service. But 3 times in a raw... it seems to be the company culture to treat people with total disrespect.
We are never going back.
