The Boot Inn, Chester

Lovely little pub out of the way and inconspicuous to the rest of chester.

Always have enjoyed samuel smiths largely due to price but also for that proper pub feel to their establishments.

Great for stepping back and taking a pub for what it used to be.

The Red Lion, Handbridge

Great to see this back someway to what it used to be.

Not exactly the same but itll do and has done its best with fitting it out with what was left after the bar and courtyard sprang up and then disappeared.

Food reasonable and hopefully a visit during the summer months, the real summer months, will help me to discover the beer garden
