The Duke of Wellington, Epping

We called into the Duke of Wellington and had a drink and good chat with landlady. Its a really friendly pub. We had already had lunch at the Kings Oak in High Beach but didnt eat. We have often had meals here and the food is really good. Its a shame its on the high street in Epping, but the staff are friendly.

The Kings Oak, High Beech

What a fabulous day. We went to Kings Oak today for Sunday lunch and really had a good meal. First time that i took my Dad there and he really enjoyed it. We sat in the gardens and the sunshine was lovely.

The Bull, Theydon Bois

This is a delightful pub in Theydon Bois and has homecooked food on the menu. We love the steak and ale pie and have been going to this pub for several years. Went there on Wednesday for lunch, really lovely day and we sat in the garden. Thoroughly enjoyable. Highly recommend this pub for its food.
