The Roundhouse, Battersea

Great pub, but tend to avoid it when it gets crammed (Thurs/Friday nights). Food is great, nice choice of drinks, and staff have always been really friendly and happy to chat.

The Lighthouse, Battersea

Love the atmosphere at this place. Lovely friendly staff, lots of regulars, and a buzzy happy atmosphere any night of the week. Great food - a bit more expensive than your average pub(but still reasonable) but the quality of the regularly changing menu more than makes up for it. Very relaxed, we have spent many hours in here, and they do the best lime and sodas in South London (for in betweens...!)Might not be to everyone's taste, it's defn not a sticky carpet boozer, but when you want to chill out with friends it's fantastic.

The Prince Albert, Battersea

The Albie has just reopened after a refurb. We had been worried that we were going to lose another pleasant boozer to the grey and chrome gastro un-fun brigade, but the Albert has managed to keep it's local charms. If you've noted the terrible service in the past (and we ALL have) then I recommend you visit again - they have had a total change - We've been back twice since they reopened and had exceptional service both times, they've really tried to turn it around. Stick to the beer though, the spirits (or rather the mixers) are still terrible! A nice regular and unpretentious pub.
