The Albion, Hampton Court
When I first started drinking in The Albion, the landlady Bev was great, but she left! I hoped the new landlords would be just as good, but The Albion has got worse and worse. It takes over 30 mins on some nights to get served. Never enough staff. I'm often unable to order food and if I can it takes an hour to arrive. The toliets are just disgusting. The ladies have only had one loo working for over four weeks and the men's smell horrible and this smell often welcomes you in to the pub - nice. Please please please improve....
