Hole in the Wall, Bristol

Went there this bank holiday, I used to love this place. But customer service is terrible now, went to order our drinks. We stood there like idiots waiting for a cosmopolitan. Every time we asked a new and silly answer, finally when we decided to sit down 10 or 15 min later they went to the table to say they didn't have one of the liquor. Ok. Fine... Time to order the food. Went back to the bar, staff were running around. Nobody waiting apart from us. They didn't even acknowledged we were there. No need to say we left. I wrote on their Facebook account my complaint. What did they do? Erased the comment immediately. Appalling !!
