An evening visit to this friendly local found the beer in excellent condition. Worthing's Best Bitter (ABV 4%) from the Littlehampton based Anchor Springs Brewery was a very tasty starter. Harveys Dark Mild followed which was in fine condition. Sharp's Doom Bar was also sampled and up to scratch. Also available - Harveys Best Bitter and Bass. A pleasant evening in comfortable surroundings with a great range of top notch ales.

The Coach and Horses, Compton
A pleasant welcome and a range of four real ales added to the picturesque location of this village pub. First in just after opening time and the beer was a perfect temperature. Ales on tap were Bowman - Swift One (3.8%), Long Man - Old Man (4.3%), Ringwood Boondoggle 4.2% and Andwell - Ruddy Darter (4.6%). The Bowman, Long Man and Andwell were very tasty - well worth the visit to this cosy friendly pub.
