I have read the reviews given here and i have to say that they are extremely harsh to say the least. I have been working at this pub for a month now and can I just inform everyone that our plasma TV's are all in colour and have excellent sound quality. It may have been dodgy before I came but it is now fine. Additionally the comments posted here are all negrophobic. (Just for the record, I am not black myself). Yes there is trouble in this pub, but isn't that the same for most/all pubs? And these "rudeboys" spend good money and are just looking to have a good time. I don't see how the way they dress and walk has anything to do with the quality of this pub. The reason why there is a charge at the door is because we are suffering financially... and it's because of people like you who say such horrible things about Yates in Lewisham. I constantly have customers asking me if I have made a mistake on my till because our prices are more than fair. �1.70 per pint on fosters and �1.50 per pint on john smiths. Pretty good don't you think?
