if you think the beer is almost out of date you obviously havent a clue what your on about, the reason the beer is so cheap is because they are part of a chain of over 800 pubs and the bulk buying power they have is that high that they get the beer in that much cheaper!!! Doesnt take a genius to figure out mate!!

What a great Pub!!!!!! Jimbo and the guys are always really friendly and have made me feel soo welcome since i moved to the area! Easily the best pub around especially for sports and during the England Games got served without much of a wait!! If your gonna complain aboutt he price of the beer and suggest 2 pubs that are infact more expensive but have very little going on compared to here then get your facts straight an d every pub has there share of trouble and felt that Jim and the door staff handled the situation well and stopped it escalating further! Noone wants to see trouble in their pub and those guys probably shouldnt have been let in but when you are as busy as they were then it is impossible to keep your eye on everyone at once!
OK this isnt the place to go on a Friday or Saturday if you want a quiet drink with mates in which case the Kirk or Antelope is better but you will be hard pushed to find a pub with a better fun atmosphere as well as a bonfire every saturday night and a place where you can hire your a BBQ and bring your own meat - what a fantastic idea!!

This place ROCKS and is a great place to come!!!!
