The Royal Forester, Callow Hill

WHAT A SUPER INN, TRADITIONAL AND CONTEMPARY SURROUNDINGS WITH A SLENDID MENU AND A GOOD CHOICE OF ALES. THE AMBIENCE WAS HOMELY AND COMFORTABLE. THE CHEF KNOWLEGABLE AND INFORMATIVE WHEN QUESTIONED. THE STAFF WERE POLITE AND HELPFUL ,OUR MEALS WERE FIRST CLASS AS WERE THE ROOMS WE WERE SHOWN FOR ACCOMADATION. WE WILL CERTAINLY GO TO THE FORESTERS AGAIN AND POSSIBLY STOP OVER IN ONE OF THOSE WONDERFUL BEDROOMS.

The Plough Inn, Far Forest

We,ve recently had a meal at The Plough, Far Forest, it was fantastic,the staff were attentive and considerate, the menu was tempting and keenly priced. The waiting time was not too long and the choice of ales were good. We have been to the Plough before and were impressed last time so our expectations were high, we were not disappointed and will certainly be going again soon. Keep up the good work! Oh I nearly forgot , well done on those Christmas displays and the huge Santa and Slay outside.
