The White Cross, Richmond

Over-priced tourist trap that we all keep going back to simply because it's the done thing to sit by the river and watch the world go by. The beer is Youngs-by-Numbers and the food nothing to write home about but hell, Location Location Location.

Of course if you keep an eye on the tide tables it is possible to get stranded inside, but aside from this novelty there's far better places to drink.

All Bar One, Richmond

Now under major refurbishment, and the All Bar One sign has been taken down so I guess it's going to re-open as something more useful. Or more probably another bland chain.
