It's just re opened after a MAJOR refit

Great atmosphere and decor, loads of staff and appears to be under newish management. Ultra friendly, welcoming, efficient and great hosts .

Big menu and wine list, local meat, bread and veg suppliers. All good stuff.

Lots of room now for dining, bar meals, visitors and locals alike.

The riverside garden is a treat on nice days to have a beer, a meal, watch the trout and ducks on the river. Children and ( well behaved ) dog friendly

They now do food ALL day long from 8am Fishermen's breakfast, lunches, afternooon menu, full restaurant menu.

10 rooms I think which were very busy last time I was there.

All in all a great improvement and lovely to see a young couple making a success of what was an old and tired pub before. I wish them every success. Judging by the packed car park at the weekend this will surely follow
