Fairly nice pub, visited a couple of weeks ago, seems good although the wait at the bar when we first walked in was a little annoying, the bar seemed to be unattended, we actually thought the pub was closed. My friends beer was also served in a warm glass but when mentioned the bar girl replaced the drink immedietly and was very apologetic

The Cock Inn, Boughton Monchelsea

Visited briefly with a friend on the 12th of October 2006, we were greeted by a charming young man who was quick, efficient and very professional and caring. The pub has a nice atmosphere and the locals seem friendly and mature, no kids running round screaming! The wine was served at just the rite temperature, we briefly looked at the food menu but unfortuantly we had already eaten, the choice is very good though. Much more than a pub with food, you should see for yourself. And by the way, thanks Matt (barman) and Dave (owner?) for a lovely evening, we shall pop in again soon x
