Love it. Either a true "gastropub", or a restaurant blessed to be in the middle of beautiful quiet countryside.
Fabulous local sourced food, better than most restaurants anywhere (although thats easy if you live in Brighton). Great wine, good beer too. Friendly staff. Beautiful garden. A real gem!

The Preston Park Tavern, Brighton
Great food. Although it was cold. We suggested they warm the plates (not rocket science). The landlord (i assumed - he was pacing about all lunch) could have cared less about our feedback. Have heard other have been since and experienced their delicious cold food. Ask for a hot plate when you order ;-)
As for the landlord - rude. Enough said...

The barmaids are angels. Not sure about the "disturbing customers", Not encountered any as yet! A wonderful pub!

Best sunday roast in Brighton. No contest! Will be heading back to try a weekday evening meal real soon.
