The Spread Eagle, Camden

Used to frequent this pub a lot on Sunday afternoons to watch the football. It was nice. However recently, though they still show the football, it competes with a live musician and not a very good musician. Has recently replaced Stella Artois with Red Stripe (bad move) and the food is of very plain quality. Will be finding another pub for me Sunday afternoon football/lunch. There's enough of them in Camden!

The Captains Cabin, Piccadilly

This is the pub London forgot. Probably not a bad thing either

The Hand and Racquet, Covent Garden

This pub is a comedy shrine as many Tony Hancock fans would know it's writers used to drink here and incorporated the name of the pub into Hancocks Half Hour.
Though quiet and discreetly hidden from the rest of the West End throng, it sadly has a hygiene problem. Every time I've been in, there's always been quite a few flies knocking about. And the beer always tastes like they haven't cleaned the pipes for months. Shame as this pub, if cared for, could have great potential.

Nell of Old Drury, Covent Garden

Best pub in London. Nuff said

The Ferry Inn, Horning

Great place to stop if you're on a boat holiday on Broads. Just moor ya boat up and enjoy a pint or food on the deck. Mind the herons and ducks - they've got front and will happily join you onboard.
Great amusement arcade too.

Tichenham Inn, Ickenham

This site used to be a petrol station. I think it still is.

The Coach and Horses, Ickenham

This pub has re-invented itself more times than Madonna. These days the interior looks like the same old homogenised soulless chain pub that epitomises the area. Its glory days had to be late 80's early 90's when it still felt like a local rather than a Wetherspoons wannabe

The Albert, Primrose Hill

This pub is my local. Many friends come and visit me because they like the pub.
But have to agree it's a bit pricey and the quality of food fluctuates as mentioned in other reviews. Sunday roasts can be a bit stingy on the meat and roast pots and overdone with mixed veg.
Garden and pub cat add nice relaxed atmosphere.

The Ferry Inn, Reedham

This is my dream pub - especially good if you arrive by boat. The most fantastic ever changing menu featuring local produce. Cosy pub area and conservatory area for families. Great seating outdoors by the Norfolk Broads. Can even eat enjoy grub and beer on your boat.
If visiting by car however, strongly recommend you arrive via the north route otherwise it's a long wait for the car ferry (the only link that connects with north and south)
Wouldn't mind owning this pub myself one day (in my dreams)
