Live in Kidbrooke now and have tried most of the local pubs.The Dacre Arms is by far my favourite.A 20 minute walk away but well worth it,a very pleasant pub especially now The Reverend James is on tap.

The Prince Albert (Rose's), Woolwich
Use this pub quite regularly of a weekend,nice traditional boozer,sadly not many left in Woolwich,real ale available,excellent juke box.Never regretted visiting.

Used this pub a couple of times recently,not a local I popped in whilst in the area.I have to say it does have some old world charm about it,the landlady was friendly,the price of a pint very reasonable,the locals friendly and the ale very drinkable.Yes I liked it.

The Belvedere Hotel, Belvedere
I visited this pub last Saturday night because I heard they had "live" music.I wasn't disappointed,excellent band,good beer and service,great atmosphere.A nice pub.

I use this pub regularly,it's the only one in Woolwich I would,the young ladies that wait on tables and work behind the jump are 1st class and are run ragged but are still cheery and will pass the time of day.Youngs give the impression they are trying to run a classy establishment(for Woolwich)on a shoe string.The pub is worth a visit though

The Dog and Bell, Deptford
Found this pub exploring Deptfords' backstreets.Delightful,traditional pub it had only been open about 30mins when I popped in to try it.I left 3 pints later having really enjoyed it's friendly,inviting atmosphere.Will definitely visit again.
