since that battleaxe sally left this pub has completely turned around under the leadership of dale. That guy has worked hard too turn this place around after the awful state sally left it in. Has employed a whole new set of staff with emphasis on service and a balance between experience and youthfullness

Crooked Billet, Iver Heath

went here at 9.45pm with my wife and was told that they wern't serving any more. I asked why and was told that it isnt busy enough and staying open wont pay their wages. completely shocked by their attitude and will deffo not be going back there in a hurry.

racist as hell. I am indian and walked in with a friend and thought i was in the 1970's. Abused by every1 in the establishment from the punters to the staff, be warned, if you are not white then please don't go here.

The Beehive @ The Jalandhar Junction, Southall

ok this place is never going to be crazy bear standards but thats not what you go there for. A pint, a bit of food and the best grade in west london are the three things that attract punters here. The staff work especially hard, there used to be shinda but now puneeet has taken over the job of barman, counsellor, samaritan... the owner is a complete knobhead who doesnt have teh word customer service in his vocabulary but every1 else there is cool.
