I was visiting the Haynes Motor Museum for the Japfest motorcycle show Stayed at The George, good location, comfortable room, nice breakfast and a decent bar. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

I gave this pub a bad review in Oct.2010, which at the time was deserved. Having been there a few times recently I have to say that its much better now and the beer is fine.

Great pub, always an excellent selection of very well kept beers, reasonable prices and some of the best bar staff around, my favourite Windsor pub.
If you ever find yourself in Windsor and appreciate great beer, this is the place to go.

The White Hart, Castle Cary
I was staying in Castle Cary for a weekend recently and went to the White Hart two evenings. Good beer, friendly staff and some great local characters, my friend also had Sunday lunch there and said it was very good and excellent value.
Hope to visit again.
