The Atlas, West Brompton

Quite simply unbeatable. This gem of a pub is by far and away the best gastro pub west London can offer. The beer is well kept, service is consistent and the food is perfectly in turn with the environment. The cassoulet being the prized piece within a menu that caters to all. The Atlas could serve as a winter warmer, comforting boozer or can alternatively provide you with a bright and sunny early evening date in the summer. An absolute must for those who appreciate the rustic touch... keep it up lads!

The Coach and Horses, Mayfair

The Coach and Horses could be simply described as 'The pub that gets everything right!' Good beer on both lager and ale fronts at a resonable price combines perfectly with very decent, honest pub grub, making this pub a must for Mayfair 'sniffers' at lunch time. This small and chaming place really is a gem and if 'Rotski' had taken the time to venture up the 'apple and pears' who would have been able to appreciate the pub in its dual capacity as both a pleasant eatery and a fun boozer. Long may this continue.

The Crown Hotel, Framlingham

Aesthetically pleasing, but don't be fooled! Hunt a bit harder for Framlingham's real jewells! Bere is overpriced... Whenever you wish to have a session you are frowned upon by residents of the hotel! Fine on a cold day for an afternoon sharpener. Worth a miss on a weekend!

The Railway Inn, Framlingham

In reply to mr. rbaird, the railway is indeed a fine establishment, however, due to the fickle nature of Framlingham's pub going crowd, the Railway is experiences both waves and troughs of activity throughout the years. Worth a visit just in case it is 'in fashion' at the time! Sports coverage is excellent! Still, not a patch on the station!

The Station Hotel, Framlingham

The Station Hotel should be used as a generic blue-print any landlord looking to make over an existing pub. Fantastic, locally brewed beers and cider, interesting range of continental lagers and the food served in the evenings is of the absolute highest standards. I have lived in Suffolk for the majority of my life and have not yet, as far as I can recall found a more consistantly good eatery, coupled with its relax atmosphere and good booze, the station is second to none!
