Excellent food, nice exterior, friendly staff. Only negative is the very hard to read menu board/wall.

The Crowborough Cross, Crowborough

Not a nice pub. The music is too loud. If you order a cider, it looks like they just made it in the toilet. The taste might be like that too, can't be far off.

The Swan, Noss Mayo

The ambiance was a bit disappointing; why do they put potplants in the grower's brown plastic pots on the table?? But the food was superb! Do try the white-bait and the half lamb shoulder!!
