The Welcome Inn, Dawlish Warren
Visited here a few times in early 2007 and couldn't fault it. The staff were slow but I think most were in training, The carvery was excellent if you got in early so it was still fresh, Sat on the beautiful terrace outside, will be back.

The Londesborough Hotel, Selby
The Londesborough is a hotel and not really a pub, They serve typical hotel beer at typical hotel prices.
As a hotel it is very good, nice rooms etc, as aa pub just avoid it.

First went to this pub in about 1997 and boy was it good. Been four or five times since but wont be going again. It has really gone downhill. Dont know what went wrong but needs to do something quick.

Doesn't do food any more, Looks like the beginning of the end.
Could be yet another victim of the smoking ban.
