The Two Mile Oak, Abbotskerswell

We used to love eating in this pub, but the mangement changed and the variety of menu became poor. Overpriced 'pub food'. We were not too keen on having 2 very large German Shepherd type dogs barking at us whilst we were trying to have an evening meal. I don't think the owner should be bringing them into the restaurant whilst people are eating. Great if you love dogs not so great if you don't.

Cockhaven Manor, Bishopsteignton

Havung tried a number or restaurants locally, we were still looking for that 'special place' Well, we have found it. The atmosphere was relaxed. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was cooked to perfection and there was an excellent choice of menu (it took us ages to decide what to have). My husband had a great birthday and we felt really looked after. We will definately eat here again. Great for kids too. Very highly recommended
