This is possibly the finest small bar in the area. It is a wonderous little place that's full of suprises. Although there is no award for Small Bars come the end of the year, I understand that Number 22 is in line for a special achievement prize. Although at the moment this only hearsay, it wouldn't suprise me in the least if honours are bestowed on this tremendous venue.
It is quite simply sensational.

This is a superb pub. Though it is not yet up to the standard of Escape Bar and Art or the magnificent Commercial, it has great deal going for it. The furniture here is possibly some of the finest example of John Rice Dillon that I've ever seen and the frontage has to be the most stunning of any local bar.
Everyone involved should be extremely proud of the job they have done here. Although it almost certainly won't win the main prize, best newcomer is a possibility.

This is a remarkable place that deserves all the plaudits it's been getting lately. It is a near certainty to win the big prize come the end of the year and I for one shall be voting for it. Well done to all those involved and if you do win you deserve it.

The Black Cherry Bar, East Dulwich
A stunning bar. Amazing. In fact this could well be the best in the area. I shall almost certainly be recommending this place to the relevant authorities when it comes to handing out the prizes at the end of the year. If this bar isn't there or there abouts then those blokes who decide such matters need their heads seeing to! A wonderful place in every way.

This is a truly remarkable place, it really is. Where can I begin? Firstly, the food! For a start it is served on REAL plates and not those fake 'hetties' you get in other bars, and the food is warm not cold. The drinks here are possibly the finest example of drinks anywhere ever. The staff are GODS. And the decor...absolutely unbelievable! This place just has to be visited, it is truly wonderful. I shall DEFINITELY be recommending this place the relevant people.

The East Dulwich Tavern (EDT), Dulwich
I disagree with the below message. the EDT is without doubt one of THE finest establishments in the whole country, it is a wonderful, wonderful place. Everything about it is superb, it is a JOY to come here, an absolute thrill.

Everyone involved here should be extremely proud of what they have done. This an absolute wonder of a bar! The pizza is possibly the finest in the country, the ale is amongst the best I have ever tasted (60 years of drinking it, I'm qualified)the beer garden is nothing short of wondrous, and the staff here are immense. Keep up the sterling work, you deserve a medal. I shall 100% be recommending The Gowlett Arms to the relevant authorities.

The Pilgrim Bar & Kitchen, Kennington
Well my! Three words to describe this place: wonderful, wonderful, WONDERFUL! The drinks are superb, the jazz is a joy, and, they serve HOT food!
This a truly remarkable place to which I shall be frequenting a great deal, all credit to those involved.
