What a nice place it's a pub don't find them often these days, and yes hats off to thoughtfulness of the strength of the pleasant bitters available (mostly under 5%) and I mean pleasant, will recommend and will visit again,

No.88 Bar and Grill, Kingston Upon Thames
This place has become quite spectacular in the last few months, real heritage Kingston, all kinds of entertainment to a high standard, beer and food nicely priced. There are places that sell you beer and offer nothing in return, this place most certainly does not fall under that category.

As a pub this place aint bad.But due to recent experience i feel it my duty to convey to you that the reception, dinning facility needs serious management changes and at the moment is totally out of the question.

i had the pleasure of coming here recently i must say.this place was clean and well preserved.real ale (badgers, tanglefoot) and nice staff in abundance and may i say i have not tasted better beer in years.yet the music was certainly not out of place (a mixture you dont find to often other than a few youngs houses) located in a world i didnt think existed anymore.i can only say sorry the star is on the radar and most certainly will be returning !!!

i have had reason to not pass this pub by on occasions.one look at this establishment and one would think if this place was pricey and unfriendly you would completely understand.BUT IT IS NOT.beer excellent i have a weakness for weisse beer from munich there was a paulaner on tap.the food i have eaten here is of the high westminster standard and i have a warm feeling that the cardinal wants to see me again in the near future

The Crown and Sceptre, Kensington
you could be be poping out for a packet of fags in turin, playing dominos in winipeg, dinning on a sultry evening in corsica, studying in kampala, returning from the pictures in metz, playing darts in birmingham, returning from q.p.r.such is the flavour of the crown+scepter.oh i forgot they also sell fine english ale and also good food.!

The Grove Tavern, South Wimbledon
i feel the way to see the grove is it specialises in being low key which is reflected by its beer, music, comedy, patrons etc.yes mildly celtic,if this does not suite you then you then you must not use this pub.yes an aquired taste, but you will find anything that any pub has to offer will be found at the grove but as said on a low key basis !!!

the coach was always my first stop in soho a great pub any time of the day and night good ale and good imported larger nice people.i could never work out the decor or style was it early seventies or was it second hand furniture.either way it survived the wooden floor uncomfortable pine furniture revolution and that was the reason why i liked the coach and will always go there !!

i love this pub its what richmond is all about fullers, friendly, sport, liberalism, located brilliantly an alley which divides an ancient church from 60,s style high street frequented by survivors from the 60,s and 70,s great place.

The Manor Bar & Grill, Tooting
its funny on occasions iv used this pub since 1975.the patrons have often bin local nurses, teachers, and a small minority who are not.no way is this pub a rough house.this pub has seen spectacular days and nights music has bin state of the art.it has often bin a cold stand offish place that seem to specialise in nieve arrogant staff, variable but hope it survives.
