The Anglesea Arms, Hammersmith
We used to go quite regularly to the Anglesea Arms for the Sunday Roast - as mentioned, it was expensive, but we always thought it was worth it.
Not sure what's happened but I am now inclined to agree with the review from heidir that the meal was exactly as she described.
If the publican ever checks this site, please, please, please - whatever you do go back to making the roasts how they used to be, rather than how they are now.
The atmosphere of the place is great, and it's a cozy little pub with a couple of good ales always on tap, and if they can get the meals sorted out again I would rate this very highly.

The Ruby Grand, Hammersmith
We've been to this place a few times, and it's quite good - one that won't scare the ladies off too much at least. And can still get a decent pint there too.
