Try the calamari! Great ambiance and beautiful architecture. Great "restaurant", didn't have too much of a pub feel...except for the football showing. Maybe I'll see Morrissey there someday.

HMS Bounty, Los Angeles

Granted we went there on midday on a weekend in a deserted downtown area. The bar area felt like a pub. Everything else felt like 1950s bratpack lounge with booths. The food was okay. Maybe it's a great place for happy hour for the folk downtown.

The Cat N' Fiddle, Los Angeles

Great garden area before you walk in. Nice bustling feel on the inside. Great place to hang out with friends as long as you're not expecting great food. More fun if you plan on trying to find Morrissey there.

The Fox and Hounds, Studio City

Dark cave of a pub. What i envision what a real pub in England would be like. Upon entering watch for flying darts. Nice and spacious. Has a home like feeling to it. Womb like. Enjoyable experience, but little lagging in food service.

Dargans Irish Pub, Ventura

Same great eats as Dargan's in Santa Barbara, but not as authentically Irish as the other location...as authentically Irish as you can get in Santa Barbara! Excellent creme brulee though. Great location. Little more upscale than SB location, cuz of its newness I believe and minus the college crowd.

I like it, on non-student inundated nights. Great space. Lots of billiard tables. Great eats, like the fish and chips. Quiz nights on Wednesday nights are the best.
