the crown is a great pub !
its a classic drinking hole, no women just men sort of feeling !
there's always been a bit of a circle of locals in this place but once your in your in !
had some great nights with mitch,con, andy hamton, gary, big bill, little roonie and duffy !
always good memeroies and even better stories !

the tup is great if your a rugby fan and have the time to get down there for to watch it with about 8 pints of guiness !
thats all i can say coz thats the only time i go in !!!

been to pews a few times now and really enjoy it. great outside area (sure to be a bonus when the smoking ban comes in !)
small bar but the barmaids work bloody fast !!!
i always have a good time here.

The Squirrel at Hurtmore, Hurtmore
used to enjoy the squirrel about twice aweek and allways had a good meal, ice cold coke and good dessert (although sometimes had to ask for a bit more hot choc sauce with my icecream !!)

and loads of space inside
sure it wont be to every bodys taste but if you like it you'll love it !

had maybe four or five meals at the lobster pot and am always more than happy. food is always fantasic and desserts amazing.
its not cheap but as they say PAY PEANUTS AND GET MONKEYS !
this place is worth every penny.
try it and i'm sure you'll love it.

Great pub with a fantastic atmosphere. enjoy going up for the darts and watching a winning side !!! (many thanks to graham powell, darts captain ! shame he surports spurs !)
JP and Toni are doing a fantastic job at turning this place around and putting it on the map !

A trulely fantasic pub. very well furnished and very comfortble. always welcoming and warm.
great beers and good ales.
food is amazing and i'm sure the chefs are working 110% to keep it that way ! but dont just take my word for that try and book a table at the last minute or pop in on a friday night , IT'S PACKED ! this is one pub that i have always found to be busy which says only one thing ! IT'S GREAT !!!
