This is another West ham filled pub don't really get in there much as i always make my way to the stanley 5 mins away but have been in a few times always a gd atmosphere and good beers great friendly service would not go unless you are a west ham fan.

Lovley boozer very chilled layed back atmosphere whilst at the same time is extremley trendy. Used to drink a while back every friday with a group of 8 friends and we loved it there good food , television showing various sport but it is one of the best pubs to have a quiet drink in great place to have a chilled friday night. I think it would make it slightly better if they maybe played a bit of music then it would be perfect in my books.

Still people love knocking this pub its not really a trouble maker based pub theres a few nasty fellas who drink in there but thats only if you come looking for some aggro. Some brilliant chracters aswell like Harpo big family friend and makes the day that much better if hes about absolute legend! If you are an away fan looking for some aggro I would suggest the Village Hardcore Westham pub where all the ' old boys' drink but beware alot of the fellas are well over the 18 stone mark and I wouldn't reccomend a ruck with them. Still great atmosphere and the owner always puts on a sweet spread for the lads.

The Charcoal Burner, New Eltham
Go in here some Fridays with the old man and a few pals if we fancy having a quiet 1 nice crowd very much a locals pub although you will probably get some stares you won't recive any aggro, if you can go to the main bar back bar is pretty poor and lacks atmosphere all the lads that have just turned 18 seem to gather in there for there 1st years of pub life experience mailny wearing a polo shirt with some tracky bottoms. Nice 1 lads

Take my word on this avoid full of empty heads who think there the business one fella thought it would be funny to try and take the rise out of me and me pal not such a good idea after all got chased out by a few of his pals though hahahah.

Must agree with the others on this 1 by far the best pub in the area its all you want good food freindly staff and great friday night atmosphere and usually quite filled with drinkers definatlye worth a visit got some good looking barmaids also.

Another great westham filled pub true that it may take some time to get a pint but the atmosphere is unreal non-stop signing and again strongly advise away fans to avoid on matchdays unless you are looking for agg where in that case you will be taking part in the famous green street run back to upton park station.

I did hear once off a friend that his dosey football mate who happens to be a swansea city football fan walked in there on a matchday thinkng it would be for swansea fans next thing he knew he had a bar stool wrapped round his head and woke up half hour later in a nearby hospital me myself haven't been there but i'llleave for you to judge urselves.

Good mate of the landlords boy and its true i have been there a few times and if you in looking for ag you will get some back not sure about the pulling birds comment though get a few rot jobs in there from time to time .

What a pub ! Westham all over im there every saturday matchday without fail friendly staff and buzzing football atmosphere. If you are a travelling away fan i would suggest to keep well away as i would any other local football pub you will not get a good welcome. Burger stool outside ran by a family friend had some good times in this pub if any one knocks it they need there head seeing to.

O'Neills, Blackheath
I had a very good night in here with 3 pals when the dj was on takes a while to get to the bar and get a drink but still the night was superb and a very good dj on show requested wake me up before you go go and the whole place got up for it.
