The Thatched House, Poulton Le Fylde
Yep this pub is back on it's feet excellent beer and good staff. 6/7+ Handpumps on with a good range of styles of real ale (darker ones lighter ones). For the lager drinker the Stella is very drinkable. No background music which I know some people like. Gets very busy at weekends which most pubs in Poulton do. Overall excellent pub and maybe not long before it's a Blackpool Fylde and Wyre pub of the season! (P.s. it's got lots of pictures of Blackpool winning the 1953 fa cup on the wall so has to be a good pub in my book :o)

The Old Town Hall, Poulton Le Fylde
Local's pub in the centre of Poulton with 3/4 handpumps on. At the time of my visit the Banktop flat cap was excellent. Bitburger larger on sale as well as Warsteiner, both are very well kept. Also dogs are allowed (Yeah! woof woof!) so if you see someone with 2 Airedale terriers come over and say hello.

The Bull, Poulton Le Fylde
A pub for the younger drinker in Poulton and if you'er a lager drinker the best range of lager in Poulton ( the stella is super and for 2.25 a pint). There is 1 handpump on and the ale is very good, tastes even better at 1.70ish a pint! Food is good and cheap. If you want to watch the match this is the place with numerous telly's, but be warned it gets VERY busy for the big matches (Man Utd, Liverpool, England and of course Blackpool:o). Good smoking shelter out the back too.Overall well worth a visit and nobody can argue with the beer prices!
