Watermans, Falmouth

Watched the footie in there with some friends recently. Good pub, staff are friendly. Bit of a poor selection of draught cider / ale, but then this is the same everywhere. Could do with a lick of paint, and a few more tables and chairs!!!!

Used to be my local, going to hell in a handcart!!!! Why do chains insist on employing"business managers" instead of landlords. Dirty, filthy toilets, crap food, staff with an attitude problem, poor beer. A perfect example of all that is going wrong with pubs today!!!!!

Great pub, friendly staff good music, great atmosphere, a proper pub run the way a pub should be. Great selection of beers and more importantly a good glass of cider!!!! Keep up the good work!!!

Jacobs Ladder, Falmouth

Great pub!! As a new person to the area, I can confirm that this is a proper pub!! 2 good ales on tap, and even a proper cider (Old Rosie) Regular entertainment, the best staff, pool table, proper jukebox. And just in case there is any doubt, they don't have alcopops, and they do serve proper food, not micro crap food!!!!! I welcome any genuine comments from people who have actually been in there. I have been using it for the last 4 months 3/4 times a week!!!!!
