The Village House Hotel, Findon
Although I am not a local resident I do come down to findon v.regularly to visit relatives. I remember this place years ago. It was tacky and not particularly welcoming. What a complete change. Bright, clean interior. The food is great and the staff are so, so friendly. Even though I'd only been in a couple of times since its refurb one of the ladies' behind the bar recognised me. Each time I go in it gets busier and busier. keep up the good work!! Definately worth a visit. 10/10!!

Another stunning example of how to run a local landmark into the ground so planning limitations can be 'altered' to suit the vendor/buyer. Kings Arms, yet again a listed pub left derelict ......come on CAMRA!

Excellent Pub with great selection of beer and wines. Fantastic food served in bar and restaurant. A must.

Mangers is also sold in the Vic (Isleworth) and I bet its cheaper. Last time I was in this pub I felt like I had four heads. Let hope it can improve.

Hello Bulldog. The Turks is a lovely pub full of Twickenham charm and rugby pundits. I'm suprised you do not go further a field to find a watering hole you really enjoy. There does not appear to be any pubs in local area that agree with you apart from the Aisla (speaks volumes about you)......BIG UP THE TURKS!

St Margarets Tavern, St Margarets
Have to agree with last comment. Service good but had to remind staff 4 times that we wanted food at table. Otherwise - great pub.

Pat is very nice and the grub is brilliant - especially Sunday lunch. Some may need to turn a blind eye to the shenanigans that occur in the loo near the pool table, but otherwise a good vibe.

Oh dear. Had not bothered to go into pub for a few months, wish I'd stayed away. Nice bar staff but prices high and looking tatty for a brewery pub. Shame.

The Victoria Tavern, Isleworth
Pie and mash every Friday...nice. We are still enjoying the family atmosphere and welcoming bar chatter. This is an old style pub and they are dying out. Long live the Vic.

Are you having a laugh? I havent seen (or heard) of any fights/violence in the Vic for a couple of yrs now. should know I practically live on the doorstep. Get you're facts straight before you start throwing mud.

The Crown, St Margarets
Couldn't agree more with last two comments. Just popped in with husband and kids who, as per usual, sat quietly with their crisps & drinks. We left after we had finished our drinks due to a couple of kids charging up and down on their scooters INSIDE the pub! One fell over twice narrowly missing the radiator with his head. The mother seemed totally oblivious whilst staff had to pick him up and bring him over to the table!!! Not in a rush to visit again.
