Very posh. I mean VERY VERY posh. Although someone before me had rolled a joint in the toilet and left little bits of weed and tabacco on the side. It was a bit pricey but the food was delicious and the stella absolutly gourgeous. Id recommend this pub to people who fancy spoiling themselves.

Nice enough pub. Lovely garden. Haven't tried the food but the beer is nice. Friendly staff and get quite busy in there.

A good night out. Friendly staff. Used to have a horrible bouncer that manhandled me and threw me out the pub in my high heels straight onto my arse. Thankfully he doesn't work there anymore. Otherwise i would recommend this pub to someone looking for a night out in welwyn garden city.
PS The Dj is brilliant.

The Peartree, Welwyn Garden City
No one goes in there and they charge �3.50 a pint!! Large garden but its covered in glass and fag butts. Pretty sure the man that sits at the bar all day is in fact dead.

Terrible. Full of chavs. The club at the side is free until 10.30 but no one is in there at that time so you end up paying a fiver to dance around a sticky shoebox with a bunch of UGLY people covered in sick. Hate the place and instantly regret spending my mum in there everytime i go.

Oak Tavern, Welwyn Garden City
Ever seen one of those western films where every punter in the place is beating the crap out of eachother? Thats the oak.
They had a bouncer once but the poor bloke ended upin hospital after someone took a cricket bat to his head. Pretty much every weekend the police are there. By far the roughest pub i have ever been in.

What can i say, possibly the greatest pub ever. It was burn't down and has now been rebuilt. Used to have a reputation of a rough pub but i think its just posh snobs that say that. Either that or you went in mouthing off. Hopefully the new pub hasn't lost its magic!

Doctors Tonic, Welwyn Garden City
How can people say this is a chav pub?! Its full if rockers and emo types. Not really my scene, the music is all oasis and kings of leon etc. However the food is quite nice and the garden out the front has great heaters for us smokers.

Food was nice but i could have done without my added extra (a bit of plastic). Other than that i enjoyed myself and would go back.
