| I feel very saddened when i go in the Peartree these days,the place is a wreck! this Pub deserves better. I don`t know who currently owns it but they need to spend some dosh on it fast or the place will become an other boarded up eyesore, architecturally the building needs to be saved hopefully as a Pub. With the new Chieftain open just down the road is this the final nail in the Peartree`s coffin ? I`ve lived in the Woodhall area for 50 years and have never seen the place looking so shabby.
