Really nice, comfortable, friendly pub. It's been done up to a high standard and has a reasonably priced menu with a good range of food on it (including several veggie things). A good place for a quiet drink - we've been back several times!

Nice pub, friendly & clean. Good facilities. Bit lacking in vegetarian options food wise though!

The Swan Hotel, Staines
Utterly shambolic. We had accommodation and a meal booked for our wedding day and they managed to mess up one of the room reservations, the manager kept the groom awake the night before the wedding screaming under his window, they forgot our dinner reservation and then kept us waiting for food for an hour and 20 minutes! The place was in complete chaos. The food was nice (when it eventually appeared) but is pricey for what it is. We will not be going back ever again.
