Little George closed a couple of years back - was then transformed into The Bridge Brasserie, but sadly that too has now gone. Place is currently up for let as a restaurant/bar business

The Little Ale House, Bromsgrove
Not from the area, but the Little Ale House is the first (and last) stop for us when visiting rellies in Bromsgrove. Quirkily presented bar with very friendly locals and staff alike. Although we've only been a handful of times, the beer selection has been good and, more importantly, well-kept. Ok, perhaps it is a tad on the small side, particularly on a busy Saturday evening, which is usually when we're in town; but give me cosy to a large, draughty, soulless bar anytime.
What more could a beer-lover want?!

The Four Seasons, Chippenham
Four Seasons closed in 2013 and re-opened as the Buttercross. Purchased by a small pub co from Fullers, so now a freehouse with 7 ales and 9 real ciders. Pub has been given a makeover (now slate black instead of white front), and spruced up internally with lots of breweriana and old photographs of the town - check out the over-sized Bass mirror hanging in the upper snug level. Beer condition can be a little inconsistent, can't comment on the ciders as can't stand the stuff personally!
