| A pub dominated by the young crowd in the evening in the very rowdy town of Barnstaple - what is it about these country market towns on a Saturday night, it was like Dodge City!! However... it was clean and well maintained, the food was of a very high standard and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. | This is now called 'The Olive Branch'. It was opened as a non smoking pub, but is now half & half. Lovely cosey sofa area, serve's food, great wide selection on the bar. The music is'nt my taste but it's run of the mill every day charty sounds. rats - 12 Mar 2006 20:41 |
