An old school pub with public and 'posh' halves. Plenty of ales on - had the Mayflower bitter which was good. Might be a bit rough and ready for some folk but it's a good solid town pub. has a pool table to the rear. Snarling_Mallard - 23 Nov 2019 22:54 |
great pub great selection of well kept ales. this is a town centre pub good tea time trade. bar snacks (pies, sandwiches) available. This is well worth a visit also CAMRA discount . Occasional bands on some weekends. Free juke box after 7 on wednesday. BT sport in the vaults caverian - 25 Oct 2014 16:14 |
'Dead-uns' is now open after a refurbishment and new landlady etc. The beer is kept in superb condition with around 6 real ales and is a credit to the staff. A gem of a pub really with original victorian features that deserves to be better frequented. Discount for CAMRA members. Give it a try if you like good real ale served correctly. Entertainment on weekends usually.............seperate from the clients that is! Not4johns - 31 Aug 2014 14:03 |
Has been closed, but due to open after refurbishment by The Fleetwood Pub Company who also own the CAMRA Fylde Pub of the Year, The Strawberry Arms. Should be good. It is known locally as "ded'uns". (answers on a post card please!). Not4johns - 3 Jul 2013 20:24 |
